Neema is a 5th year doctoral student in Clinical Science. Her research primarily concerns the development, testing, and implementation of mental health interventions for underserved communities. For her dissertation, Neema is conducting a community-engaged research project with medical care providers + community members in Flint, Michigan. Her goal is to gather data that will eventually guide the development of a mental health resource that can be implemented in clinics around the city.
